Overall Goals. Subgoals. Tactics. Stretch Goals
Prior to discussing the process of my goal development, I would like to guide you through my goal as well as subgoals and supporting tactics I planned to use for my goal attainment. My overall goal is to get a H1 mark (80%+) in Mind, Brain and Behaviour 2 (MBB2) this semester. To achieve this, my subgoals included completing all the hurdle requirements prior to their deadlines, build close relations with staff and attain a good Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of assessments. There are multiple tactics that I utilised to help achieve my subgoals, for this blog I will be focusing on organisation and planning strategies, engagement in tutorials including asking questions and, attending 90%+ of tutorials whilst keeping up with weekly lecture content.

My Personal performance plan also includes a stretch goal which is based on my overall goal. Working towards my main goal throughout semester 2 of 2020, puts me in a hopeful position to get into a psychology (honours) program which requires a WAM of 80+, allowing me to pursue a career in educational psychology as a student support service (SSS) psychologist.
Follow through to my next post about linking relevant positive psychology literature to how I developed my goal...
